It’s fun, it’s playful, it’s engaging!

Amplify your Energy with a little roping throughout your day!  Roping saves time & space and is a super quick pick-me-up.  A few quick, short bursts throughout your day will benefit you mind, body & soul.  My clients love it when I throw something in their routine like ball throwing or roping.  It’s fun, it’s playful, it’s engaging…… and it gets your heart rate up like nobody’s business!

It’s on!  You’ve probably been to at least one shopping center and one party by now. Frazzled? Traffic is a little heavier, and no one seems to know where they’re going.  Your hands tense up on the wheel…. sound familiar?  Typical Holiday rush.

What can you do about it?  Create your own little Oasis!  Find a spot in your home where you can sit, relax, have a spot of tea, breathe and let go of the day.  While you’re there, you may want to take a few minutes to stretch through your neck and upper back.. I’ve always told my clients that stretching is a mini massage, and if you do it right, you can keep a lot of the gunk out of your cells and keep them happy.  When you are less tense, you…..
